I think it's the Memorial Chime Tower in the St Olaf College. I've to admit that I've never seen it, I've discovered it with google, but I think it's a moving commemorative monument. Thank to make me discover it.
It is the top of a church that was struck by a hurricane. It is home for people on stilts. It is left over from a person who lost their building blueprints for the bottom half. It is a hut on the golf course for people to escape the weather only the sides weren't finished before the snow. It is the captain's tower from a boat that washed up on shore. Betty in Pittsburgh
