ReplyDeleteThanks, Ineke! Most of them belonged to my father, which puts their age at about 70. Lots of letters have gone through those nibs.
ReplyDeleteNow wouldn't that be a new Daily Art project for 2013? 13 thirteens for thirteen - what - weeks, months?
ReplyDeleteoo, those are enviable sew-off squares!
ReplyDelete10 cents for a package of rick-rack? You sure had that one a long time.
ReplyDeleteI am pretty sure my sewing studio contains at least one of those trims.
ReplyDeleteNorma -- just having 100% cotton rickrack shows that it goes back a long time. (I think I got the 10 cent package out of some dead person's stash)
ReplyDeleteLeigh -- your stash must go back a long time too! I'm sure all those trims were bought in the 60s and 70s
I am in love with your 12 type numbers! So fabulous!
ReplyDeleteohhh I need to get me some type set numbers - love them - I have a small collection but those are great!
