Photo suite 166 -- found art on the floor
One of the best little pleasures of having your house painted is finding abstract art underfoot. I suppose some artist has already made big bucks from appropriating used painters' tarps, stretching them and hanging them as fine art. If not, I would happily fill that role.

Looking like marble, most of them. Very lovely to my eye. Did you get the "artist's" permission to post? ;-)
ReplyDeletewell, the painter saw me taking pictures of the tarps and after discussion of why I loved them, he gave me the smallest one. I think I might stretch it.
DeleteCool! Very nice of him.
DeleteJackson Pollock would be proud.
ReplyDeleteThey remind me of cave paintings. Maybe the random thin marks remind me of the crevasses in the rock.
