I got many of my collage images from ads, and as I started looking at the ads closely I began to notice that the same image might appear in different sizes from one week to the next. I also found the same image used in a news story repeated in smaller size on the front page or contents page to entice you inside. These image pairs intrigued me and I started using them in the collages.
At first I just put the two images side by side:
