These inigmatic notations are always fascinating. There is a local artist who took this idea to develop a sculpture which looks like bits of road dug up. http://www.jcurleycannon.com/sculpture/nfms.html The base is actually polystyrene, so she has had some fun experiences impressing local lads who were interested when she was taking photos outside her studio...and then picked up pieces under each arm and walked away with them. Their jaws hit the floor! Sandy
I've been doing daily art for a long time, and everything since 2010 is documented in my other blog. This year it's painting. Click on the photo to check it out.

About me
I make abstract art -- usually with a needle but sometimes with a pen, brush or camera, scissors and glue, pliers and wirecutters, whatever is there. I have a husband, two sons, seven sewing machines, a big messy studio and lots of other people's art. Life is good!
