    The Maunsell sea forts!! William Raban made a film that includes them

    Both were in the wonderful "Estuary" exhibition at the Museum of Docklands last year.

      Margaret -- I figured they were some kind of obsolete defense system but didn't know their name. thank you!!!

      we visited the Museum of Docklands -- what a great place!!
